Martin Mitterwald, Partner
Based on Martin's 20 years professional and enterpreneurial "journey" he is offering hands on experience with marketing, sales, management and leadership.
Martin has significant experience with advertising, automotive, leasing and B2B businesses in general. He has spend 15 years of his professional career in corporations and top management (Skoda Auto - VW group, Leaseplan).
Last 5 + years Martin focuses on business consulting, coaching and mentoring.

Vlasta Janovcová, HR Consulting Lead
Thanks to a combination of long-term corporate experience spearheading consulting projects and educational programmes in various Czech and foreign companies as well as cooperation with the non-profit sector, Vlasta offers knowledgeable and proven creative solutions for companies especially in the areas of Talent and Performance Management and Change Management.
Vlasta has developed her expert knowledge at NESTLÉ Czech and Slovak. There she started as the Training & Development Manager and then worked as the HR Business Partner for couple of years. In addition, she worked for and still is cooperating with the highly-recognized Czech consulting company ČNP Consulting, where she perfected her skills as a lecturer and consultant. Vlasta also has valuable experience in the Training and Development area of UNIPETROL and as HR Manager for TransgaNet. Finally, she has been a consultant and trainer for various NGOs (Organization for Aid to Refugees and foreigners, church organizations, eg. Nemocnice Pod Petřínem).
She graduated with a degree in Adult Education and Personnel Management from Charles University in Prague. She is continuously expanding her educational skills and knowledge, most recently, by studying the Schultz Autogenic Training Method at Česká psychiatrická společnost.
Jan Maly, Partner
Jan has over 20 years of business experience. He either supervised or directly led more than 100 projects for over 50 clients. Jan has worked on projects in Europe and in Asia Pacific region for Skoda Auto (VW group), VW FS, Unicredit group, Erste group, NAB, ANZ, Leaseplan, RWE, EON, Billa, Penny Market, Asko Nabytek, Autokabel Krupka, Autobenex (Stahlgruber) and many other.
Project focussed mainly on performance improvements, sales functions enhancements, implementations of CRM tools, process and organisation reviews.
